CoverSports 2023 Photo Contest

We're excited to announce our very first CoverSports Customer Photo Contest, which will run from now until December 31! This is your chance to showcase how you use your Coversports products and win great prizes. Whether you've set up a stunning new gym floor cover, installed a vibrant windscreen around your ballfield, or any other striking use of our products, we want to see it!

Rules

1. Eligibility: The contest is open to all Coversports customers aged 18 and above. Employees are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period: The contest begins on November 1 at 12:01 AM (EST) and ends on December 31 at 11:59 PM (EST).
3. How to Enter: Submit a high-quality photo of your purchased Coversports product in use through this form, or email it to salesteam@coversports.com.
4. Photo Requirements:
   • Images must be in JPEG, TIFF, or HEIC format.
   • Minimum resolution of 2000x1500.
   • File size should not be smaller than 300 KB.
   • Photos must be original and not altered in any significant way (basic cropping or color adjustment is acceptable).
5. Multiple Entries: Participants can submit up to 3 photos. However, each participant is only eligible for one prize.
6. Judging:
   • Entries will be judged based on creativity, quality, and the best portrayal of CoverSports products in use.
   • Winners will be selected by a survey of all employees at Coversports.
7. Prizes:
   • 1st Place: $250 American Express gift card.
   • 2nd Place: $100 American Express gift card.
   • 3rd Place: $50 American Express gift card.
8. Usage Rights: By entering, participants grant CoverSports a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to display, distribute, reproduce, and create derivatives of the photos, in whole or in part, without further review or participation from the entrant.
9. Notification: Winners will be notified via email by January 15. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
10. General Conditions: Coversports reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if it is not capable of running as planned for any reason. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and to the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.
11. Liability Release: By participating, entrants release Coversports and its affiliates from any liability, damages, or injuries incurred from participation in the contest.
12. Data Privacy: All personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of the contest and will not be shared with third parties.
